In her role, she oversees the location strategy for development, along with communications and employee engagement for the more than 5,000 development employees in the United States.\nAnamarie is a results-oriented, strategic thinker with more than 20 years of experience in the high-technology industry across multiple customer-facing, enterprise software functions. She is known for the unique ability to think big, connect disparate dots, roll-up her sleeves to influence, and drive execution based on business outcomes in small start-ups through highly matrixed, large, global organizations. Anamarie is passionate about mentoring and developing high-performing teams and about using data driven, analytics-based approaches to drive product, marketing and sales strategies and to improve customer satisfaction, revenue retention and expansion.\nPrior to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer for SAP California (Bay Area and Newport Beach). Before that, she served as Vice President of Customer Success at SAP, leading a global team responsible for the adoption and renewal of SAP Analytics Cloud. Anamarie started her enterprise software career at Oracle in product management working on the company’s first internet procurement product. She was a product manager at Vendavo, an SAP partner, where she drove the initial product definition and customer success with the first versions of the product. After business school, Anamarie joined SAP’s Corporate Strategy Group in the Office of the CEO where she worked on projects ranging from bringing Design Thinking into SAP to driving a strategic operating plan for the Sales Regions. She later led overall strategy and go-to-market activities for SAP Design.
