Isabel joins SVLG with demonstrated skills and experience in economic development and policy research, having worked at the Michigan Economic Development Corp. and the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership. A graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, with a B.A. in political science and a minor in business administration, Isabel has conducted research on domestic and international market trends and their impact on regional economic strategies — experience that will directly inform SVLG’s forward-looking policy agenda.
